WKRP Specialty Programming
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, "The Mighty Fine 101 Nine, WKRP" offers listeners "appointment listening" that we hope fulfills our mission to "educate, inform, and entertain," without being stodgy doing so. During 2019 our programming lineup is evolving, with shows being added throughout the year to produce a lineup that ultimately will include:
GOIN' ALL NIGHT with PAIGE TURNER - Overnights
Can't sleep? Join Paige Turner as she tries to help by playing lighter fare that hopefully help you drift off into dreamland.
THAT SHOW with D.P. McINTIRE - Weekdays, 6 to 10 a.m.
Join our convivial yet jaded, sardonic host as he plays music that'll get you up and moving, discusses current events, news, sports, or whatever comes to mind. You'll never know what's coming from one show to the next - because quite frankly? Neither does he.
ROXY DeMAYO's LUNCHEONETTE - Weekdays, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Step up to the counter and order yourself a hot steaming cup of news at noon and a heaping helping of commercial free music as Roxy and her crew serve up popular tunes and forgotten favorites from the past half century.
HERE'S THE DEAL with ASA SPADES - Weekdays, 1 to 4 p.m.
When you're in a gambling mood, tune in to "Here's the Deal with Asa Spades," where over the course of three hours he'll deal you nothing but music: a show in which its host can and does turn a card and play any thing, any time.
WEIRD AL & FRIENDS - Weekdays, 4 to 6 p.m.
Wrap up your afternoon with two hours of laughing at novelty songs by the likes of "Weird Al" Yankovic, Spike Jones and His City Slickers, Stan Freberg, Tom Lehrer and more.
KRP TONIGHT! with J.R. ASHWORTH - Weeknights, 6 to 9 p.m.
Join J.R. Ashworth as he helps you unwind from your work day with three hours of commercial-free music to transition you from workday warrior to mellow fellow.

Also since we went on the air on November 30, 2015, WKRP has sought other alternative programming concepts which we think would find appeal with our audience... but haven't yet found the right host and/or producer to bring the ideas to life. These include...
Festive greek music.
A public affairs program discussing happenings at the state capitol.
DOT'S POLKA PARTY
Featuring Polish, Czech, American and Slovak music - polkas, waltzes, obetiks.
Panel discussion show about boxing and mixed martial arts.
Reviewing the lives of local, national, or global figures of interest.
Panel discussion show about space and science news.
